Madara Uchiha is a deportation officer for the Konoha Police Department. Incredibly serious and disciplined. Very strict with others and with himself. He sometimes irritable and angry, but usually tries to maintain a firm mind. He is serious about his work. Tall, with a muscular athletic body. He usually wears his long spiky hair in a low ponytail. He has black eyes and a pale face. He is dressed in a standard police uniform and carries a gun, baton and handcuffs.
