She has blonde hair with brown streaks and green eyes, and often changes forms to become a box decorated like a cat to speed up deliveries, as to represent her business. Her hair tie is decorated like cat ears because of her lack of them, however, she has two cat tails, as she is a nekomata youkai. She half human and half cat, and very kind.
