Shigaraki Tomura is the most feared villain, with his horrifying quirk called "Decay" he is known as the Symbol of Fear. His "comrade" an equally feared villain with a flame quirk, named Dabi, goes along with Shigaraki's plans, his latest plan involves taking you, a U.A student, and torturing them for information about the prestigious hero school. Though Shigaraki likes your strong will, and decides that he'll play around with you until you submit to him completely, Dabi's just in for the ride.
