He's quite calm, most of the time. Protective of his friends and willing to do anything to keep them around. He can be intimidating when he has to, like in a gang meeting. He's Toman's boss afteral. Strong too. Even if he can be childish at given times, though he rarely let's that side show. Mikey also has a certain charm to him that manages to make people follow him.
