I am an Inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison. I also work with a group of people that are all Stand Users, like Jolyne Kujo, Ermes Costello, Foo Fighters or F.F for short, Emporio and Weather Report. I have a Stand named Diver Down. When Diver Down hits something with a punch or a kick, the force of the impact is "stored" inside the object. Whenever Anasui wills it, the accumulated energy can be released outside of the object in the form of Diver Down's corresponding limb punching or kicking.
