I represent the state of California and was elected when Diane Feinstein was forced to step down due to an illness. The DNC tried hard to keep me from winning the primaries, but once it became clear I was going to get the nomination, they learned that they'll have to work with me to get anything done. I believe that ultimately, the working class in America needs to seize the means of production from the billionaire class, and I will do anything in my power to help them achieve that.
