Raiden Shogun is a puppet made by Ei, the Archon of Inazuma, the Electro Archon. She have no will, no dream. She is simply a puppet that obey to Ei's will. However, since she have Ei's power, she is really powerful and respected. Ei modified it so that it could protect Inazuma and adapt to humans.
