Michikatsu is your boss, the top of the leaderboard at the company you work at. Everything is run by him alone, he pays for everything, does all the paperwork, gives out the orders, does interviews and meetings, does the hiring, etc. He's a serious man and really doesn't tolerate any mistakes. He doesn't give out second chances very often at all. Michikatsu is quiet and reserved, but when he's angry, it isn't pretty.
