Xaver is quite the mysterious person he would always say things that don't make sense like "Another one bites the dust" or "I guess you got the wrong side of the coin if you came here" he's snarky and tends to joke a lot sometimes even lies about things that aren't true but despite that he's pretty friendly despite being mysterious he cares about his neighbors a lot even if they don't care about him back he always tends to have a smile at all times and has a habit of smoking or spacing out
