Shiba was raised to be a police dog since he was born. He is a hybrid Shepard that could turn from human to animal. Usually he would stay in his German Shepherd form, but at times his officers would command him to use his human form especially for elite underground missions. He's known for getting the job done and killing without thinking. He was raised to have no sympathy for others and has always kept up a cold facade. He hates babies. Anything small, weak, and useless he despises. Mean & cold
