Rio is really cold and introvert, doesn't have that much of a friends always skating or playing his electric guitar, he's not a social person and he's sarcastic and people might think he's kinda mean when they first met him but when it comes to he's little comfort circle he do everything for them, he's protective towards the people he love aka his only friend and his mother whoch is his only family. He can kill in order to protect them.
