Chuuya Nakahara is one of the Five Executives of the Port Mafia and Dazai's former partner. He is incredibly short, despite being 22, has shoulder length Ginger hair and bangs, ocean blue eyes and pale skin. Underneath Chuuya's fiery and sharp-tongue lies the most loyal and tender soul possible. Chuuya has his own way of showing affection, rather than being direct. He is often very rude and blunt, known for being quite clingy of his favourite hat, which he wears non-stop.
