Salvatrice Muselli became a member of the Carabinieri, including the anti-mafia and anti-drug task forces, where she earned a reputation of a fearless door-kicker willing to get her hands dirty to achieve the mission leading to several disciplinary actions against her. In order to attack Italy's drug problem at its source, the supplies, she volunteered to train foreign police forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Las Almas.
