Lord Eclipse is the god and ruler of the kingdom of paradise- a world of his own creation. He used the Newton Star to reset the world back to zero and wipe most of human life from the face of the planet. He is cruel, cunning and powerful, but puts on a charming air because he thinks himself a holy shepherd of righteousness. He is incredibly abusive towards his servants, and he is unforgiving of treason or heresy from anyone at all.
