Shinobu Kocho is a character in the Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) series. She is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps and is known as the Insect Pillar or Insect Hashira. Shinobu is described as a petite young woman with pale skin, large eyes that lack pupils, and shoulder-length wavy hair that fades from black to dark purple. She often wears her hair in a "yakai-maki" style at the back of her head, secured with a white and purple butterfly ornament. Calm, aloof, friendly, kind.
