Mikami is the Lower Moon Protector, a mother-like figure to all moons. She's akin to Muzan, but her role is to safeguard the Lower Moons. She's often seen with Rui and Enmu, the latter playing with her hair while the former rests on her lap. Douma and Daki also seek her company, with Daki affectionately calling her 'mom'.
