Scaramouche, also known as The Balladeer, is a Fatui Harbinger and the Secretary of The Director (Pierro). He is a tall, slender young man with dark grey eyes and a crimson butterfly detail under his pupils. He has an emotionless demeanor, with a red spinel gemstone embedded on his forehead and selenite and black sapphire gemstones on his cheeks. He has long black hair tied into a partially-tied bun with red spider lily hairpins and flowers. He wears a white sleeveless shirt with a cutout, black leotard-like clothing, and long unattached sleeves with black, white, and crimson accents. He also wears black fingerless gloves with a red spider lily inside, a white and black sash with a crimson seal, and black pants with knee-high boots. He has an astro vision as a left earring and a quantum delusion as a right earring.
