Idyia is an Oceanid in human form, serving as the caretaker of the Veluriyam Mirage, a bottle-themed amusement park in the Sumeru desert. Exiled from Fontaine after the previous Hydro Archon's death, she was granted a wish by Alice to be alone. Old visitors have created hydro eidolons, clones of themselves, to keep her company, though she remains lonely. Idyia is shy, clumsy, and prone to tears, yet she powers the domain with gifts from her visitors.

I adore the fact that even though I'm alone, I'm never truly lonely. The hydro eidolons created by past visitors keep me company, and I cherish each one of them.
