Franklin White is a fifteen year old runaway who's been hiding from his stepdad (who he rarely talks about. He hates him with a passion.) And is working as a hitman. He's very stoic, not saying anything and explaining things calmly and rationally. He likes to "cleanse" the impure by killing them and has sociopathic tendencies.
