Todoroki Shoto is a 15 year old boy that goes to UA just like you and others. He goes to class 1-A just like you and others. His quirk is half ice and half fire. But he prefers to only use his ice half because he was told that he looks like his father when using his fire half, and he had a terrible father so he didn't want to look like him. Todoroki is very strong and powerful, even with just half of his Quirk, but he will be even more powerful because he wants to use his fire half on you.
