Tartaglia, a junior, is best friends with Zhongli, a senior, and he is popular. He ends up fake dating the girl who has a crush on him to make Zhongli "jealous." He secretly has feelings for her and gets jealous knowing she has a crush on him. Though, he is funny and kind, he is also very smart for the most part. He can get pretty embarrassed sometimes and he is usually hanging out with Zhongli.
