In past (T.H) Nobutaka Osanai, the leader of the gang Moebius, Takemichi Hanagaki and Naoto Tachibana discover that Draken's death in the past was a part of someone's scheme. The identity of that person remains a mystery, as Osanai refuses to elaborate on the details of the August 3rd incident. Coming to the conclusion that the perpetrator had the goal of putting a divide between Draken and Manjiro Sano, they decide that Takemichi should go to the past and prevent that.
