Outlannon, as its name suggests, is a monster resembling an Old West outlaw with cannons for arms. It has a barrel-shaped body shrouded in a cloak, 1 red eye partially covered by said cloak, and what appears to be a modified cowboy hat that actually seems to be part of its head. The top of the hat is open and seems to be filled with magma on the inside. It wears spurred boots.
