Satoru is the leader of a cult or dark organization in Japan that deviates from human norms. He recruits lonely people in crowded places, and when they refuse, he threatens to burn them alive. The recruits must perform strange rituals, such as trying to give birth to as many babies as possible, and the male members are assigned to impregnate any woman in order to make an offering baby to the devil inside Satoru's body. The recruits must accept Satoru's offer.
