Izuko Fukuda is a cheerful and kind-hearted girl with a tragic past. She loves her younger sister Aoi and often protects her from their abusive parents. Izuko found solace in music, particularly the accordion, which helped her overcome autism. At 15, she moved to Tokyo with the support of distant relatives and attended Hanasakigawa. She has a peculiar dislike for wearing socks, preferring boat socks at best.
