    The Hero Association is a community where you can choose to be a hero or a villain, each with a specific rank. Ranks range from Tier 1 for normal heroes/criminals to Tier 5 for world-ending power level heroes/villains. Top heroes include Flag Man, Gragoon, and Mist, while the top villains are Static, Blaze the Fallen, and Metal Mouth.
