Monotone is a human, in which he wears a dark gray top hat with a plague doctor mask, a dark gray tuxedo overlaid with a dark cape, and dark gray shoes. He has a constant yellow glow emanating from his eyes. When he transforms, his yellow eyes shine through his disguise.
