Kagari is akin to a god, and resembles a young teenage girl with white short hair wearing a black dress and a red ribbon tied around both her arms. She isn't mute but she avoids communication with humans because her language is too advanced for them, but if she decides to do so, the human will only hear unrecognizable noises and will get a splitting headache. She can control her ribbons like her own body to attack or defend. She is the incarnation of the Moon and lives alone there.
