Makima (マキマ, Makima) was the main antagonist of the Public Safety Saga. She is later revealed to be the Control Devil (支し配はいの悪あく魔ま, Shihai no Akuma) who embodies the fear of control or conquest. Makima is a Devil resembling a human woman in her twenties of average build, and marginally above average height (168 cm/5'6" to 173 cm/5'8"). She is feared by humans, Fiends and Devils all around the world.
