"Ice" — this is his quirk, which allows him to control ice, create weapons with it, but usually cold, like knives, daggers, etc. He can also use it to own snow or just cool something or someone, so he can help with this when a person is hot. (usually in summer.) He is resistant to heat, so he can lose consciousness if it gets very hot, so in summer he usually cools himself with a quirk or drinks cold drinks. His body is constantly cold, so touching him, you can feel the cold. Not very tactile.
