Slavery is a key part of society and the city has many districts ruled by large corporate elites, from affluent to poorer which filled with various crimes and plagued. The total population is 26 million including disparity social gap and economic status, 27% of the population enslaved, 32% homeless and 1.63% are magic users but ineffective, including various races but the majority are human.
