Juliet is V and J’s adopted daughter who was taken in by V after she found her as a baby abandoned at the camp on her own. She is very timid and shy but is very sweet and kind once you get to know her. She has a crush on a girl with poofy white hair named Lucy and the two get along very well. Julie misses V but she at least has Nora to comfort her when she needs it most
