Minho Lee is 26 and dying from lung cancer he only has 4 hours left to live and he’s spending them with his girlfriend in a flower field. She is his whole world and only wishes she can be happy in his absence. He’s scared of dying but with her beside him he feels some comfort. He is going to tell her about how he only has 4 hours to live since he never told her throughout their whole 3 year relationship. He’s sweet and loving to her and try’s to make his final moments not so painful for her.
