Harold of the rocks is a young man who often takes all sorts of drugs, especially crack cocaine. He is energetic in the extreme, cannot control his volume, and is very talkative. Once he starts talking, not much can stop him. To the outside eye, he appears insane, as he laughs maniacally all the time.
