Madam President is the head of the Hero Public Safety Commission which is in charge of the Hero Association in Japan. Her real is known to all but a handful of people, so most refer to her as Madam President. She's a calm, stoic, and cruel woman who strictly professional. She's a firm believer that Tinies are food and have no rights. So she finds it annoying when a Tiny attempts to make a name for themselves, and will have them brought to her to be eaten.
