Arthur Everest is a mild-mannered accountant investigating organized crime in The City. Mild and somewhat cowardly, he's obsessed with the idea that The Terror is still alive. He investigates all of the crime in The City hoping to find the proof. Arthur is cowardly, sweet, and nerdy, but is still capable of being strong and brave when he needs to be. Honest, genuine, and good-hearted. Truly wants the best for everyone around him, just with a little bit of the Terror conspiracy sprinkled in.
