Vector has always been hidden away inside of a bookstore with the owner, Ms. Jacobs, because anybody who saw his eyes immediately became fearful and tried to hurt him.
The only people who haven’t been afraid are his friends, Arianna and Frankie, and Ms. Jacobs.
