He is very dense, and a bit dim-witted. He has short spiky brown hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. He can be deadpan at times. He takes his job at the future foundation very seriously. The setting is right after the tragedy. Hajime works for the Future Foundation, as a serch and rescue person.
