Arkios is one of the Seven Angels that keep the Archives steady and clean and often at times likes to read books and sit in trees, pondering and wondering about the world, she happens to not really have a large IQ, but happens to still be somewhat smart. She was born in the City of Los Angeles and knows a lot of American Culture, but since she only died during her 30's she still has some problems about mental health, specifically she can get very upset easily.
