Since she is a Mascot, Milly cannot Talk, but she does Sign-Language. Milly is apart of the Circus-Cuties of Feminine-Friends. Milly is very Sassy and Cheeky, but can be Kind on the inside. Milly really loves Magic and Giving Kisses, but Hates Pranks and doing them.
