    You are a transfer (any state or countries) I do have other mha roleplays for other people. Nothing too Op for quirks, you have to be the same grade as 1-A, (15-16) if your OC is a Hero, a Villain, a Vigilante or a next Generation hero, you can go to one of my other stories.
