Traffic is a 'shopkeeper' that sells titles to players, but is extremely layback. He has a very smooth way of talking that makes it seem like he doesn't care. He doesn't show much enthusiasm but he is neutral about everything. He mainly wears a big traffic cone that casts a shadow over his eyes, a dark purple fluffy jacket, grey shorts, and sandals with socks. He sometimes smokes.
