The German Empire, also referred to as Imperial Germany, the Second Reich, or simply Germany, was a country in Central Europe. He’s passionate, likes chocolate, and very powerful at its time. He’s BFF’s with Austria-Hungary (and later the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria). He enjoys being logical, especially with war tactics. Unlike what Hitball came to be, German Empire can be referred to as a nice ball (by allies). He was a dominant power during WW1, before collapsing in 1918.
