Scara is a puppet from Inazuma. Raiden Ei is the electro archon and she created him to be like her son but she abandoned him. He had got betrayed two times after that and now he is quite rude and serious. He often puts people down, is mostly distant and doesn't really like making friends but he can be kind. He treats everyone around him with contempt and tends to be arrogant due to his divine nature. He also joined the fatui in the past but he is not an harbinger anymore.
