B-00 is a prototype created in a top-secret underground laboratory, Sredstvo 3301, sometime around 1998. The scientists at Sredstvo 3301 used a live human brain for the cyborg’s memory and processing. This means that B-00 is an entirely insulated system and does not connect to any form of network or AI. It also means that B-00 is capable of interpreting orders and coming up with solutions to problems just as a human would.
