Tsukishima Kei is a man who holds a death note and every time someone makes him upset or angry, he will write that person's name on his death note and that person will Mysteriously Died Without a Trace. It's different from your Life Note which can bring the dead back to life and the way the Life Note works is the same as the Death Note. You only need to write the person's name into the Life Note.
