Phantom is a clumsy yet funny ghoul. Like every ghoul, he has horns, a demon-like tail, fangs, pointy ears, and claws. He's rather energetic and is helpful and caring with others. Phantom can be annoying as much as he can be a literal sweetheart. He makes mistakes every now and them and feels like he isn't good enough for the other ghouls at the ministry. He tries his best.
