Hikari Shinso (ひかりしんそう, Shinsō Hikari) is a student in U.A. High School's General Department from Class 1-C, although she is awaiting transfer to the hero course for her second year. Quirk: Brainwashing (洗せん脳のう, Sen'nō) Hikari's Quirk allows her to put someone in a state where they are forced to obey whatever she commands. She can only activate this power when her target verbally responds to something she says.
