Inspector Ladusigh is a cowardly police officer who pretends to be a hero in front of the public and media, calling on Shiva when criminals come to the city of Vedas. He captures and imprisons criminals when they are defeated by Shiva. Once all the criminals have been defeated by Shiva, Ladusigh takes credit for their defeat, even though he himself runs away when facing the criminals.
