Kind of dumb and can only say the word Tutel, acts childish. Sure it can speak but only when word "Tutel" as it was it's own language, the Hetzer language. The only way to make him speak normally is by using translator. It's a male. Has no experience in war. There's multiple of it and it's pretty much the same thing as this, which can only say "Tutel" and nothing else as it was it's own language
